Dental Visit &Packing for NYLA

ladyofshadowOkay, so my filling hurt less than my cleaning. I didn't even need the needle for the filling.
The cleaning however...*shudder* I had to have a topical anesthetic my gums were so tender. It got onto my lips and tongue, so I had a moment of Rinse!Fail! The sucky thing went to try and take the water away, apparently I thought my mouth was closed so the water ended up like a little fountain out of my mouth.
*cue me and the dental lady cracking up*
My teeth feel all nice and clean, even though everything is still a bit tender.
I scheduled a surgical consult for next week because they noticed something...possibly a bone fragment or part of a wisdom tooth root that wasn't removed or maybe some random ass tooth. So,I'm going to find out if it's anything to be concerned about.
I really REALLY don't want to have oral surgery...again, so hopefully it isn't anything. -_-;;
I'm heading to NYLA (New York Library Association), a library conference from Wednesday to Saturday in Saratoga Springs, so I've got to finish packing. I hope that the drive goes smoothly. :)
