My name is Kristi and my interests are quite varied. But normally they include spending time with friends, reading (many forms of literature), writing(fanfiction/genre/poetry/anything!), watching movies, finding interesting things online, exploring the subtle nuances of empathy, the unknown, etc. I've got journals at LJ & IJ under this username as well.

I consider myself a writer and poet, observing the world known as reality and delving deep into the realm of imagination.

I have a BA in English with a minor in Spanish from the University at Buffalo where I also tutored student athletes in the aforementioned subjects.

I also have an MLS (Master of Library Science) and I'm a Certified Public Librarian in New York State. ^__^ I work as a Children's Services Librarian.

I have a great respect for the written word. Being surrounded my works of literature inspires my pursuit of writing for publication.

I am also a certified Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher (Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition), highly empathic, an Intuitive Reader, and consider myself a proficient Healer (I'm always willing to learn new modalities of healing).

I'm really quite friendly. I don't bite, honest (well, unless you ask nicely ~_^). If you friend me, I'll friend you back, don't hesitate. I really love meeting new people and making new friends.
